My professors at school would comment on the confidence I had in class, and we attributed it to my Kimberly-Clark work experience. Since then, I’ve worked in three different departments, each with its own culture. But in all of my roles, everyone is willing to help each other and make work fun. My department recently won the VICS Sustainability Achievement Award for our high usage of intermodal utilization, which produces less carbon emissions. Seeing our efforts pay off in such a big way is among the many reasons I’m so proud to be part of this company.

In 2002, she set a goal to move into general management, choosing to move laterally to take on cross-functional roles throughout the organization. Today, Kate is the Managing Director of Kimberly-Clark in Vietnam, where she hopes to build a team of world-class talent.
