It starts when you either
create an online profile, post your profile to a specific
position, or submit an application. You may apply for a specific
job or for general consideration by Kimberly-Clark recruiters.
Candidates for certain positions also may be asked to complete an
online questionnaire/assessment.

A recruiter will review your resume and completed
questionnaire/assessment (if applicable). Note the review process
can take several weeks or months, as we receive many resumes from
qualified candidates.

If you are one of the most qualified candidates for a position,
we may invite you to participate in a telephone interview with a
recruiter.

Kimberly-Clark may invite the most qualified candidates
identified through telephone interviews to participate in one or
more additional telephone and/or on-site interviews with other team
members and leaders. Depending upon the position, you may be asked
to take other skills assessment tests while on-site, as well.

If Kimberly-Clark determines that you are the most qualified
candidate for the position we may offer you a job, subject to
satisfactory conclusion of the recruitment and selection process
and compliance with other conditions that we may impose from time
to time at our sole discretion.
